Post 5: My Future Job

Hello welcome to my fifth blog which is about what I want to do when I get my degree. Honestly I would like to work as a stage designer for musical artists.  I know it's almost impossible but I'll do my best to make it happen, if not, other things I like will come along.

I imagine myself talking with the singer, talking about the theme of his presentation and what he wants to express with him, for me to represent it in an architectural way. Therefore I would like it to be outdoors to have direct participation with the person who hires me. 

I would like to know the places where my scenery will be seen to see the reaction of the people and to be able to appreciate it for myself to see if there are things to improve, also I would like to know where my clients live like California or some other place. 

Sincerely I don't know how much money you earn doing this job but if you are already known and quoted by the public and the price of contract is already rising. I am studying architecture, which will help me to this work, besides studying to practice this type of work I like because it expands my horizons to work in many other things like restorer of old buildings which also attracts my attention. In this case I would like to modernize old structures without losing their essence. 

The idea of designing artists stages was after knowing about Ariana Grande's tour, Sweetener tour, where she presents a beautiful stage with a sphere that in a song comes down from the stage and a moon is projected, besides the background where there is a half sphere and an oval walkway that passes through the audience. 

And that's what I would like to work on later, hopefully with big artists like Ariana Grande.
